As I've continued to receive feedback on last week's conference, I thought it would be appropriate to share a quick interview I conducted with one of the delegates. Jason Archambault, Director of Insights at Red Lobster and I had a chance to chat during the conference and he is one of many who have been attending the conference for several years.
